Ocean of Abundance

Let me share with you a very beautiful exercise with you today. It is the Ocean of Abundance.
This beautiful meditation is a combination of visualization and power words that make your intent stronger. This is one powerful exercise and it has always worked for myself, students, clients.

The universe that we live in is a vast ocean of abundance filled with prosperity, knowledge, money, gold, silver, diamonds, happiness, bliss, oneness etc. It has almost all the virtues that one needs to feel whole and complete. It is a never ending sea of energy, providing to everyone unconditional what they want. It is so neutral that it provides with everything one asks for, be it criticism, happiness, solitude, hatred, oneness, healing ....Anything that you think of.

Since one of the needs for today is money, basic necessity for normal being...let us concentrate on it.
Feel that you are standing at the beach of ocean of prosperity, wealth, money and precious things.
Know that this is a never-ending supply of universe or God. No matter how much is taken out from it, it is always filled the same or more.
Now know that you have the mandate or permission to take from this Ocean whatever you want, how much you want. It is completely upon you how much you decide to use it.
Feel the gentle, comforting breeze of this ocean.
Listen to the sound of the Ocean calling you.
Allow the waves to touch you with all the wealth, money, prosperity it symbolizes.
See all your friends, family members, competitors and rest of the world too standing there.
See all of them taking their share from this Ocean.
You can see lot of vessels, islands and ships also floating in this Ocean.
All the people who are gathered there are having some kind of vessel with them. It can be a mug, jug, bucket, big buckets or water tanks, ships, boats...
It is such a huge ocean that all the people of the world also look like small group in front of it.
Now watch carefully what is in your hand or near by you.
Is it a small mug, small bucket, small boat, big ship, island???
De brave, step ahead.
Fill your vessel with the prosperity. You can claim it by visualizing $ 100,000 also in the bucket. Or if you have a boat see yourself in it sailing easily and effortlessly...
Take as much as you want. There is no competition here. This realm is non-competitive. It is a giving universe.
Be creative.
Be content and know it is Okay to have what you need.
Now raise your arms with palms facing up to the sky, arms parallel to the ground.
Say aloud, "I am now prosperous".
"I am now claiming my Divine Birthright"
"It is OK for me to have $........ now"
"I am ready and open to receiving all the good that this universe has to provide me."
"This or something better is manifesting for me right now"
"I am prosperous"
"I am rich"
"I have the money I need to feel whole, complete, fulfilled and satisfied."
"I am worth what I am asking for"
"Universe is supplying me with the abundance I need right now"

Put your hands down.

Feel the feelings of abundance, rich, prosperity and wholeness fill your entire being, entire surroundings.

Allow the silence to surround you. Be silent for some time.
After few minutes, take few deep breaths.
Very gently, feeling happy, open your eyes.

Secret: Be Rich Live Rich Meditation for today

The Sun and Moon meeting

Doston,

Sages of our times are rediscovering the ancient wisdom points today. They are in awe of the knowledge that sages of yesterday provided without discrimination. So many sages, Raj-rishis, Maha-rishis, Bhrama-rishis and Dev-rishis knew the art of bringing into form, the material from non-material. They were not the kings living lavishly, rather simple enlightened souls who knew the truth. They didn't need material things to satisfy their desires because they didn't have desires. Through their power they were able to manifest all the material things, when needed.

This is the power of being in the desire free state.

Don't think that I am telling you not to fulfill your desire, curb them. No!
Instead, manifest your desires, live them, experience them. So that you don't have any other thought in your mind. So that no other desire can push you to the road away from the truth.
The reason for living your desires is simple. For example one saint is telling a poor man to donate all his money, not to dream or desire of money, that poor man cannot do so. For he has never experience money and wealth, he has never lived that or collected it, where he can leave it or drop the desire of having it.

Therefore, you need to live that experience, go through it to know the meaning of having or not having something. When you have already achieved it, you reach that desire-free state.

So, lets try this simple meditation of manifestation, which a friend of ours, named Swapnil shared with us.

Do this exercise for 30 days and see the results.

Close your eyes.
Just imagine that your heart has a sun shining brilliantly.
See the moon also shining outside the periphery of the heart, 6-12 inches away from the body.
Now feel the moon moving towards the sun.
When it merges with the sun, ask for your heart’s desire. can be anything, car, house, good job, relationship etc.
See yourself living what you desire.
See that it is now fulfilled.
When you are done, bask in the feeling of completeness and gratitude.
Feeling happy and thanking your guides, open your eyes.

Dance of Radha and Gopis with Krishna

Today's write is inspired by some angel, my devotional self, divine love. This was long due. I know if I wouldn't have written it some angel would have been disappointed becuase for past 5 days they have been pushing me to write what they wanteed to say.

Hmm, Archangel Gabriel out here. I know what you are thinking. How can an angel write about some other religion other thn Christ. But you know the truth is that angels have no religion. They live in all the concepts that exist because ntlimately all concepts merge in one truth. They have emerged from one truth. I want to share wit you the story of Radha, Krishna And Gopis.

They are well known in India. Krishna is prayed all over India in different forms with different names. He was the incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The Preserver in trinity of Gods. He had all the qualities of complete incarnation. This means that he had the qualities of :

Divine Love
Divine Being
Divine Creativity
Divine Inspiration
Divine Design
Divine Knowledge
Diveine Nectar
Divine Intoxication
Divine Bliss
Divine Understanding
Divine Taste
Divine Fargnance
Divine Matrix
Divine Nothingness
Divine Speech
SDivine Wealth
Divine Name
Divine Sound
Divine Manifestation
Divine Appearance
Divine Magnetism
Divine Synchronicity

So were his qualities that since his birth people were attracted to him. Be it demons or Deities, all praised him. Demons created all possible blocks so that tey could get Nirvana or Ascension achieving Death through his hands.
As a child all women were attracted to him. Even though he was black, he was so charismatic that everyone waned to be with him. Even the separation at night will be a torture for men, women, children, animals and plants. Nature used to dance and give fragnance of spring when Krishna was there.
As he grew the love for Krishna Grew in all the Women, called gopis.

***Gopis were the women who milked the cows and prepared curds, Ghee/ clarified butter and butter for sale.***

They were so much in love with Krishna that they used to dance when he played the flute. It was not that they were not married rahter their love was so pure and unconditional, color, age, marriage, race, caste, sex didn't matter. They were so much surrendered in all possible ways, be it ego, body, mind, emotions or spirit.

This surrender and love was also in Radha, a distant cousion plus lover of Krishna. She was also married to someone else but it didn't matter. Her love for Krishna was so pure that they were one even without getting married, having sex or copulation. Their love was beyond any physical body. This is the only reason that Radha is depicted with Krishna than his Main Wife 'Rukmini', who was the incarnation of Shree Lakshmi, Wife of Vishnu. Remebr that Krishna is the incarnation of Vishnu.

Coming back to Divine love, divine Surrender and Divine intoxcation, though it was present in both, Radha and Gopis, yet, it seems that gopis were one step higher. Just because of the reason that thye knew they can never be Radha to Krishna. Yet, when Radha-Krishna danced with Gopis, Gopis were able to replicate Krishna. There were as many Krishna's as the number of Gopis, dancing with them.

It is the characteristic and devotion of Gopis that God manifested with them. It is that unconditional love, compassion, Divinity, oneness, happiness, dedication and intoxication in Gopis that they can be with God himself.

Secret: Getting Rich quick

Secret is the word of this year. Secret of getting rich. The science of Manifestation. Getting rich quick. Think and get rich....

All the above are different courses on making one feel abundant, to help them reach to the core of the true happiness. Still, more courses are needed. In today's world, abundance, rich, prosperity and money have become synonyms. They are no longer the words focusing on fulfillment or completeness.

Well, why is everyone focused on acquiring just the money?
Richness attributes to many things in life, abundance of good health, sound mental balance, nice relationships, gratitude for all we have, enjoying the work we do, fulfillment of creative needs and of course money to fulfill them.

So just for now let us focus on all the above mentioned points in our life, Feel and Be Rich.

Thoughts on Tantra

Life is full of Dualism. It has been divided in two, after observing the play of energy dynamics and it's characteristics. This dualism is visible in the entire life form existing here.

The forces of male and female, Yin and Yang, Adam and Eve, Shakti and Siva, Prakriti and Purush.
The masculine and feminine parts of the energy, constantly in motion, playing, creating, destroying...

We tend to perceive the visible dual nature of any of the force. The union of this dualism is Tantra. From here was derived Tantric Yoga. Tantric yoga is the effort to unite these two forces in the single energy force to achieve the peak of creation. Thus, trying to copulate on physical basis, in form of a man and woman. One should remember that the essence of such a practice can be beneficial but the real essence or Tantra is to feel that merging of the 2 forces within oneself. This can only be achieved by Observation and Practice of Being in the Inner Realms.

This form of Tantra doesn't require an outward partner.

It is a constant partnership between your physical, mental, emotional, etherical and your spiritual body. The unity of all these bodies will bring the most beautiful Union, exploding into millions of moments of bliss, raising your energy from subliminal levels to something beyond...

Such a partnership can be achieved through the practice and training the following:

Physical Body
Emotional Body
Mental Body
Spiritual Body

The typical training involves:

Physical labor involving exercise, yoga-asanas, breathwork, martial arts etc
Mental and Emotional Quietness through knowledge, breathwork, procrastination, breaking the ego, dancing, Mantra chanting, praying etc.
Training of Spirit by observing silence, teaching and Acceptance as Buddha said 'Tathata'.

So if you are on this quest, going towards your inner journey through the above mentioned training know that you are on the Right path.

You may also contact me for help and taking a course on this.

Perception:- Old yet Great Story

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in hisbed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluidfrom his lungs. His bed was next to the room 's only window. The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back. The men talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, wherethey had been on vacation.

Every afternoon when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.

The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.

The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm inarm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view ofthe city skyline could be seen in the distance.

As the man by the window described all this inexquisite detail, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine the picturesquescene.

One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade passing by.

Although the other man couldn 't hear the band - he could see it. In his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.

Days and weeks passed.

One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep. She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.

As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.

Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on oneelbow to take his first look at the real world outside.

He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed.

It faced a cementry. The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window.

The nurse responded , "Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you. Give you the strenght and hope to live."

There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations.

Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled.

If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can' t buy.

"Today is a gift, that's why it is called thepresent."

Developing 6th Sense: Part 2- Taste

Our last post was about enhancing your olfactory function to help set your ground in developing 6Th Sense.

With this post let us move on to the development of 2ND Sensory perception Taste.

One eight of our life is spent in eating while awake.

*****Hahaha. Who eats while sleeping.***** Joking.

Yes, so out of the most aware moments of our life much is spent in cooking and eating. After all, that's what the life revolves around. Eat to live or live to eat. Depending on one's own point of view.

Yup, so.... It is essential to eat. Or else we die. Right???

Hmm, that's right but...

Oh God! Why does this but comes everywhere???

... But we hardly taste what we Eat or Drink.

Oh! So is that what it is about???

Yes, of course, Taste. Taste what you eat or Drink. How will the Sense of taste be fulfilled if you are eating like a machine, unconsciously, unaware of what taste the food brings to you???

So let us develop the sense of taste.

  • Be aware of what you are eating.
  • Feel the texture of the food in your mouth.
  • Be aware of the taste on your tongue.
  • Be conscious of the taste of ingredients in the food.
  • How is the taste when it your mouth is empty?
  • Chew the food thoroughly and be present to the taste with every chew. Every time your teeth grinds the food and drinks the taste changes. Allow yourself to feel the pleasure of taste of each item.
  • Feel the taste coming in your mouth even before you eat the food.
  • Make a list of all the things you taste in the cooked food.
  • Ask for the recipe and match your list with the ingredients.
When you have perfected the taste for at least few days, request someone to help you out with this advance exercise.

  • Blindfold yourself.
  • Ask your friend or spouse to feed you 7-8 different things, raw and cooked both. Taste it and tell them what all you taste.
  • Open your eyes and identify all that you tasted and answered correctly.
More advance Exercise:

  • Combine the Olfactory and taste functions. Make a list and identify.
Enjoy!

Do it for at least a week to a month.
Note down the results.

Enhancing 6th Sense- Part 1: Smell

We all are aware of our 5 senses but we hardly take notice of them. There comes a time when one starts to read and wonder about the Sixth sense, the seventh sense, eight sense and so on...
So he/she starts the practice for developing their Sixth , seventh, eight senses, without realizing the potential and importance of the awareness of 'The 5 senses'.

To be able to develop one's higher sensory perceptions, one needs to do some groundwork.

This groundwork is to become aware of your Five senses which are:

  • Smell
  • Hear
  • Taste
  • See
  • Touch

Let us start with the smell. Here is the small exercise to be increase our Olfactory functions:

  • Become aware of all that you can smell. They very act of smelling. Immerse in the olfactory sense.
  • Note down the list of all that you can smell.
  • Do this exercise starting from 5 minutes and increasing it comfortably for atleast 1/2 hour.
  • Feel the smell where you are
  • Feel you body odour
  • Smell the fragrance of the garden, the alley you walk, the vehicle you travel.
  • Become aware of the smell in your office, home, kitchen.
  • Be aware of the smell of earth, air, mountains, water, damp soil just after it has rained.
  • Before having the food, notice the smell of the ripe cheese, strawberries, bread and other food kept on the table, in front of you.
  • Be aware of the the smell of different type of clothes.
  • After few more days play this game of keeping various things in front of you, blindfold yourself and smell those things without touching them. Identify how many things you were able to smell correctly.

Do it everyday for some days , maybe a week to a month. You will realize that your olfactory powers have increased tremendously.

Miracles of Oneness

Wow!
Miracles happen everyday, everywhere.

I met this young woman in Art of Living Course with whom I had only indirect communication. It means that we just exchanged few voice recordings.

And it all happened when I was giving Reiki to all the people in the room, sending loving thoughts and energies, feeling of oneness...

Suddenly, this girl turns and calls out my name.
I am zapped.

Who knows me here????

And then she tells her name.' Smita.'

And there we go, smiling, feeling love, synchronicity.

Thoughts of working together....
And there we hit.
Wow! Just when I intended on earning my living by being a Spiritual teacher....
This is the Power of Laya Yoga, Synchronicity....

Wah, wah, Wah!!!

The Third Eye

Third Eye: The Sixth Chakra

Location: Between the eyebrows

Color: Indigo

Purpose: Intuition, Guidance, Perception, Connection to the Higher Planes, Spiritual Knowledge, Siddhis

Sound: OM
Pronounced as: UUM

Also Known as: Ajna Chakra, Aagya Chakra, Lotus Chakra, Shiv Netra

Tattva: Differentiating Faculty

It has 64 rays relating to the region of mind, ether (Aakasha, akasa). The six senses gets activated including the mind and penetrate all the corners of the world like rays. It gets activated by Dhyana (Meditation).

Symbolized by: The sacred 2 Petal Lotus.
The 2 petalled lotus is symbolic of the 2 brains (Left and the right brain) working in harmony, in the 2 worlds (manifest and the unmanifest). It also symbolizes the union of the IDA and Pingala Nadis and the Pituitary and Pineal Glands.
These 2 petals are shown as White.

Deity at this chakra: Siva, Shambhu

Third Eye is the Psychic center. It is the bridge between you and the Spiritual world. It is the center which helps in the manifestation of Siddhis when activated and used correctly.

Once you reach this center, you are liberated from the vasanas or the worldly things like, food, sex, power, success etc. It is the point of no return as the Union of God and Goddess (Shakti and Shiva) is reached. Once this state is reached one becomes neutral to all the emotions. They won't feel sad or happy, depressed or uplifted... They will be in the middle state. The state of complete bliss.

One's fear of death is removed as they know the ever-present existence of themselves which is not separate from anyone else. One has the choice of leaving the body at will. One become free to choose his/her own destiny. They can choose to help people by staying in the body or to be anonymous and reach full liberation themselves.

One becomes open to all the knowledge in the universe. One can feel the enhancement of communication, intuitive perception and awareness. One become the Master of Self as the opening of Third Eye is the level of Self Mastery.

Contact me for more information on the above. I also conduct classes on Chakra Balancing, Shiva-Shakti Yoga, Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Meditations.

Keeping your prana/ chi/ qi flowing easily

We all are made of energy. We intake energy and give energy. It is the energy (Prana) in our body that keeps us healthy and alive. Imagine, what will happen if the flow of Energy/chi stops.
We will die.

Yes, the moment this qi/chi/ prana stops flowing in our body we die.

So can you imagine what happens when this flow is interrupted by something? Yes, the flow is interrupted for sometime and then resumes?

Yes, you are thinking right. It stops the energy to reach vital organs. The cells do not regenerate and our body starts feeling uneasy. The dis-ease creeps in.

Ok, how? Our argument is that we keep on taking this Prana regularly, then how does it stop for a while?
Let's do a simple test.

  • Take your right hands index finger.
  • Keep in under the nose.
  • Notice your breath
How is it? Shallow? Can barely FEEL it on the finger???
Lets do one more thing.

  • Notice your breath.
  • Where is it going? How deep it is?
  • How fast or slow it is?
Hmm, what did you notice?
Breathing barely?
Breathing Shallow?
Barely reaching the end of the nose or the tongue or throat?

Yes, there you go. Did you get it?

So this is where the prana/chi/qi or energy stops flowing momentarily.
Let's do one more exercise.

  • Just make a list of what you all eat. Yes all that you eat for lunch, dinner, breakfast, snack...
What's the list like?
Bagels, pizza, canned food, frozen food, cheeses, coke, pepsi, juices, meat, food cooked and kept for days....
Hmm, Don't worry, everyone's list is the same...Almost similar...

Why did I ask you to consider this? The reason is simple. To help in increasing your awareness. Awareness about food habits. And what does food habits have to do with Prana? How are they related?
Well, we will go on to it.

Now check one more thing.
  • Look around you. Your home, your room, your office, kitchen, fridge.
  • Take a quick look.
  • Make a list of unorganised things in your surroundings.
  • Make a list of unwanted things around you.
  • See if your surroundings are clean.
  • Check if your surroundings are cluttered.

What did you find out? Is it clear? Is it cluttered? Do you need to clean? Are you storing junk? Does your surrounding looks like storage?
Hmm, think, think think. There is more to what and how prana is getting effected.

Breath:

Breath is the vehicle of our life. Our life depends on how many and how deep breaths we take.
Breath nourishes our body, all organs in our body and mind. It is said in Indian Spiritual Texts that our years of life are decided by the number of breaths we take. Breathing properly or improperly decides how one's health will be.

So look inside.

Take a moment and notice the rhythm and pattern of your breath. How is it?Food:
Energy/prana and food they are in harmony. The food that we eat is also the source of energy, the prana. So what did you think, where do we get most of our energy from? It's the food that we eat. The food is full of prana. How much prana does one food has depends on how fresh it is. Yes, the fresher the food, higher the prana. So if we eat fresh food everyday, then we will be more energetic.

to help keep prana and chi in good order you should regularly do pranayama or practice deep breathing techniques for at least 20 minutes to 1 hour every day.
Meditate for at least 20 mins.
Eat light breakfast and Saatvik food. Saatvik food is the fresh, healthy vegetarian food. It excludes eggs and fish too.
Keep your thoughts clear. Keep your space clear. that mean keeping your house, room and office in order. Dispose things that are not needed.
Walk in the park at least 3 times a day.
Laugh whenever possible.

Vajra-asana, Diamond Posture

Posture: Vajra-asana, The Thunderbolt or Diamond Pose
Translation: The Sanskrit word vajra means thunderbolt or diamond.
Pronunciation: vuh-jrah-sa-na

Make the thighs tight like adamant and place the legs by the two sides of the anus. This is called the Vajra-asana. It give psychic powers to the Yogi." Gheranda-samhita II.12

  1. The Thunderbolt or Diamond Pose (Vajra-asana) Instruction:The vajra-asana is a seated posture. Begin by sitting back on your heels and placing your knees, legs and feet together.
  2. Keeping the back straight place the palms of your hands down on top of your thighs.
  3. Breath gently through your nostrils and sit in this position for at least 3 minutes.

This asansa/ posture is the only posture which can be done any time of the day. This posture helps in digestion. So your digestion improves if you site in vajrasana immediately after having food.

It is this very posture in which Japanese sit most of the times. It is also a good posture for meditation and pranayama. Many Japanese Reiki Techniques require you to site in this posture for enhanced effects.

It is advised to sit in this posture because, your spine is erect when you sit in this position, which otherwise is not the case. And it is required to have erect spine during meditation for the maximum benefits.

If you see children, they naturally sit in this pose.

Reiki and Kundalini: The same path with dfferent names?

...
Reiki is the art of healing oneself on many levels. It is a slow and effective therapy. Kundalini is the science of raising one’s consciousness to higher levels, experiencing the unification with God/ Almighty, following the set of rituals.

Reiki has been known barely for 150 years and Kundalini is the ancient practice of India. Both have originated from different cultures and in different times. These practices are mystical in nature, pointing to one source.

If a beginner looks at Reiki and Kundalini as two different therapies then they will be right in their own sense. But a realized person point of view and conclusion about these two practices will be entirely different. It will vary from one person to the other. For me, I honor both and see them as two streams of one ‘Ganges’. The similarity and the essence are striking in both spiritual traditions.
The only difference is that Reiki focuses on healing and Kundalini is Holy Union, Oneness.

Let us look at it from the point of view of Reiki. Reiki starts with the five principles of ‘Living in Today’. These principles are the basis of ‘surrender’ and ‘insight’. This is the classic approach to help the student realize that surrender is the basis of everyday life in action leading to enlightenment. Kundalini practitioners are also taught such principles in form of ancient teachings, hymns and poetry of great saints. They are tested. One of the surrender of their ego is to bowing in front of the master. They are also taught principles and techniques to let go of the anger, acceptance, realize compassion and be the same, thankfulness and live in now.

Reiki’s healing secret is to be the empty vessel through which the energy must flow. The core teaching of ‘Kundalini’ is the secret to become the hollow bamboo/ flute and let the God/Lord play his music through you.

Reiki further moves on to the attunement of the student who needs to learn it. Attunement is the process of lifting up the energies of one person. It clears and filters the elements not needed in the body. One is needed to meditate, relax and let go of the ego before the attunement. Attunement is the process that can be done only by a teacher who is authorized to do so.
It is same as the ‘Shaktipat’ in Kundalini tradition. The only difference was that the person had to clear his energies and be completely egoless, through the years of practice and strict regime, which he/she must follow under the teacher’s guidance. Once the teacher thinks he/she is ready for receiving the energy then only the ceremony takes place. Even in Reiki, there are teacher who refuse to give attunements to students whom they think are not ready for it. ‘Shaktipat’ elevates the person’s ‘Karmas’. Karmas are the energies of the past blocking the overall progress of any person.

One needs to heal, keeping the hands on the specific parts of the body. This aligns and clears the energies in those parts of the body. Most of the specified hand positions fall on the ‘Chakras’, a major part of study in Kundalini practice. ‘Chakras’ literally means wheel. These wheels are vortexes of energies in the body. These vortexes are formed where the maximum numbers of nerves meet.

So when one heals the Chakras starting from Root Chakra to the Crown Chakra, they are guiding the energy to move upwards. This is precisely the method of Kundalini to rise ‘The serpent energy’ starting from the base or ‘Mooladhara’ to the ‘Sahasrara’.

Even the very basic technique of breathing and calming is the act of balancing the ‘Ida’ and ‘Pingala’ nadis, which helps in raising ‘Sushumna’, the path on which the serpent energy moves. The only difference is the ‘Breathing practices’. While in Reiki they breathe through navel, in Kundalini practice it is the ‘Alternate breathing’ or the ‘Nadi Shodhan’.

One of the added benefits of Reiki healing is opening of the ‘Third Eye’ or the ‘Spiritual Center’. This helps in connecting to the Spirit World and guidance from beyond. It also opens up the vast ocean of untapped knowledge. This is easily achieved by Reiki but not understood as clearly. It is a ‘Power’ or a ‘Siddhi’, which is achieved by the practice of continuous ‘Saadhna’. Oncethe Spiritual Eye is activated, the practitioner also achieves the power to see and read auras, past, present and future of everybody around him/her. Though he/she has to practice continually, if possible under the guidance of a teacher. However, it maybe noted that the Reiki practitioners find this awakening of Third Eye as amazing and amusing in the beginning because of the ignorance about such a power. Eventually they will get accustomed to it and use it for the benefits of themselves and other people.

Last but the least the goal of raising Kundalini is to achieve ‘Enlightenment’. Reiki was brought in the world by Mikao Usui after he got Enlightened. So there must be some deeper roots to the Secret Power of this Healing Energy called Reiki. And the secret is revealed by the Reiki symbols.

Whether the path is same or different or the practices have their differences or similarities, the ultimate goal is to be in the ‘Spiritual Consciousness’, know that ‘Oneness’ and be that ‘Happiness’.

There is more to it. I will reveal more secrets on Reiki and ancient practice of Kundalini and Enlightenment. Keep watching for more. Do send if you have any questions regarding Reiki and Kundalini on mansy_b@yahoo.com.

Let your body be

Hello Friends

We all identify ourselves with our bodies. Our bodies are magnificent tool of expression, creativity and rejuvenation. We are all aware the importance body language in art of communication. Whether, this communication is with ourselves or with someone else, body express it beautifully. But, oh my, my! Why this but always comes in between....Hahaha!
Yes but, we have learned the language of but. We have learned how not to let our body express itself. For eg:

Husband and wife fight. Husband is trying to make up to the wife. he tries to crack joke. Wife's body want to respond...BUT...she says"If I respond or laugh to it he will take me for granted always."

Teacher and student are arguing about a concept. Student is right. The teacher wants to accept. Body is responding to the fact of student...BUT... Teacher says," If I say he is right and smile, he will always try to make me feel like an illiterate."

Child and parent are having a discussion. Parent is trying to make the child understand about how certain habits may effect them. The child starts to agree... BUT... He says,"If I agree to what my parent is saying, he/she will always do this.I will do exactly opposite of what he says."

One person is in a meeting/ class. He/she needs to use the restroom. BUT... The meeting is important. How can one leave something important in the middle?

Above four cases are the classical example of how our body's capabilities to express itself are put to halt. How tactfully, one makes the body rigid and make it do things against it's essential nature. Thus, uneasiness creeps in making us feel at dis-ease. That's the first sign of the strenghtening of EGO. First sign of manifestation of dis-ease, incompleteness.

If that is about how we train ourselves for the above, there must be some way out of it also. How can we untrain our mind and body to allow the natural flow of energy? Lao-tse one of the well know Saints have suggested a beautiful method for the above.

Allow you body to stand in a comfortably. Let the body be loose. Don't control the movement of your body.

Take one step.
Wait. Be Still.

Take another Step.
Wait. Be Still.

Take such few small small steps. Wait after taking each step. Say take 10 or 12 steps.

When you take a step watch the muscles moving in your body. When you stop in still position, watch all the muscles reacting in your body.

Feel the sensation in and outside the body.

Now allow your body to take control.

Allow your body to do what is wants to do.

Let the hand, head, legs, stomach move how they want to move.

Don't control your body at all.

Allow all movement to happen as it is happening.

Just be a spectator of your own body.

Slow movements are happening.

Body is getting rejuvenated.

Body is becoming flexible, expressive.

Body is coming at ease.

Ego is dissolving.

Mind is at rest.

Laugh if you want to.

Cry if you want to.

Just let it be.

Do it for atleast 5 mins in the beginning. You can go up to 15 mins a day.

Thereafter, lie down and relax. Allow your body to relax.

Beginning from your feet, moving to legs. Allow your groin to relax. Allow your hips, stomach, chest, back, neck, shoulders, hands, face, head to relax.

Feel the stillness.

Feel the calm and peace.

Feel the joy.

Go deep into your Akshic space.

Enjoy it.

Take 5 deep breath.

Slowly open your eyes.
