Our health is the mirror of our though patterns, thinking, living and conditionings.
Be sure of the fact that your body is always trying to maintain the optimum health, no matter how badly you treat it. Treat it wisely and care for this temple. It will always be vibrant.
Watch your thoughts on your health. Create a health checklist.
What are your thoughts on your own health?
Are you fat? Are you overweight? Are you constipated? Are you suffering from chronic illness?
So your checklist will be :
I am fat, I have thyroid, I am on the verge of getting diabetes, it is difficult to lose weight...
By becoming aware of the checklist you will become aware of the thoughts concerning your health.
Now replace them with positive words. Start telling yourself:
I am slim, slender and weight 53 kg.
I am happy.
I have prefect health.
I restore and maintain my body at optimum health.
